Information we collect

When you submit the Founding Circle survey, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, your relationship to the person you are responding for, community interests, priorities, preferences, and written responses.

How we use it

We use this information to understand what prospective members and families value, shape The Edith Society and Lindenvale House experience, plan future community activities, and contact you if you request a follow-up conversation. Submitting the survey does not create a membership, service agreement, or guarantee of future availability.

How information is handled

Responses are collected through Tally and may be accessible to authorized representatives of Edith Group LLC and service providers that support the survey and website. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and how visitors use the site. Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as device type, approximate location, pages visited, and referral source. We do not intentionally send names, contact information, health information, or survey responses to Google Analytics.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing theedithsociety@gmail.com.

The Edith Society and Lindenvale House are in development, and no Lindenvale House location is currently operating. This website and its forms do not provide medical advice, emergency assistance, or healthcare services. For an emergency, call 911.
