When you submit a Home Care inquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, whether you are exploring support for yourself or someone you love, anticipated timing, service interests, and written responses.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand the support you may be considering, plan for future Home Care services, and prepare for a conversation you request. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, service agreement, or guarantee of availability.

How information is handled

Responses are collected through Tally and may be accessible to authorized representatives of Edith & Linneth Home Care Services LLC, Edith Group LLC, and service providers that support the inquiry form and website. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and how visitors use the site. Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as device type, approximate location, pages visited, and referral source. We do not intentionally send names, contact information, health information, or inquiry responses to Google Analytics.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@edithandlinneth.com.
